Tour Summary

The two-tank morning scuba expedition will transport divers to a superior dive locale!  An enormous wreck teeming with aquatic life.  Our fully-customized Phoenix dive vessel will quickly transport you to the best dive sites in the region. This vessel comes equipped with freshwater showers and a restroom for your convenience.

Our AM two tank dive adventure starts with a run out to the Vandenberg wreck site, a massive former naval vessel that is accessible for both novice and experienced divers.  This enormous ship is the largest and most recent wreck, intentionally scuttled in May of 2009.  Divers can descend to a depth of about ninety feet at this burgeoning wreck location.  It is fast becoming a thriving environment for a vast array of exotic marine species.

Join our experienced dive masters to discover a beautiful underwater habitat filled with an assortment of marine life.  We take pride in providing top-notch service on our daily morning dive trips, supplying divers with top-of-the-line and meticulously maintained scuba equipment, and providing tips and vigilant supervision to ensure the safety of all participants.  Advanced divers with a dive computer are permitted to dive by themselves, but less experienced divers must be accompanied by a dive master in open water.  Guides are available for any divers that are less than Advanced level or for any divers that just want to dive with a dive master for your own comfort.

What are the requirements to participate in this dive?
This dive requires an open water certification or higher.

What is the guide fee?
The guide fee allows newer divers that aren't advance certified to experience a deep wreck dive.  Each diver within the same party should pay the guide fee (if even just 1 is needed) in order to dive together in the same group.  Otherwise AOW or higher divers will be paired up with another AOW or higher diver.

Can you pick us up from our cruise ship or hotel?
Unfortunately pick up is not provided on this activity.

Can I use/bring my own scuba diving equipment?
Yes. Many people feel more comfortable using equipment they are familiar with and are best suited towards their body type. While we do everything to ensure our divers are using the safest, most reliable gear we do allow our divers to use their own dive gear.

Can my non-diving partner come on the dive?
Yes. While your partner will not be able to participate in the dive itself they can come along as a rider and enjoy the trip with you.

Is There a restroom on the boat?
Yes. There is a restroom or "Marine Head" for use on the boat.

What about sharks and other sea creatures?
With all the media hype it's understandable why people offten ask this question but the truth is that unprovoked shark attacks are very, very rare and attacks on scuba divers are even more rare. Our staff, divers and dive masters are all trained in making sure your dive is safe and enjoyable.

I have been to the Bahamas many times, but Morning Two Tank Dive is one of my favorite trips! It includes everything that everyone should do here. As a Bahamas veteran, I can say only the best about this experience!

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
