Your gracious host on this indulgent sunset excursion will be Chef Brian Kilpatrick. Chef Kilpatrick was previously the sous chef at a four-star resort, Key Wests Marquesa. He now brings his fine dining technique to the Sunset Culinaire. This dinner excursion offers passengers a top-notch dining experience with a relaxed ambiance. With over 35 years as a pro chef, Brian Kilpatrick has the veteran experience to prepare transcendent dishes that invigorate the taste buds and gratify the soul. Enjoy an assortment of enticing appetizers, including Maryland crab soup, Asian-style salads, spring rolls, Edgewood salads, and Porcini Mushrooms Napoleon. Our entrees include a choice of local Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Chicken Roulade, or steak, cooked to perfection and served with tasty side dishes. Our desserts are wickedly indulgent with choices of chocolate chip cheese-cake or Arborio rice-pudding. Both served with a side of fresh berries and topped with raspberry coulee.
Our 52-foot Blue-water Cruising Yacht, the Sunset Culinaire, with shaded outside seating for up to 20 diners, leaves Key West Harbor daily for an extraordinary sunset dinner tour. In addition to our recurring expeditions, Chef Kilpatrick and the Sunset Culinaire can be booked for private excursions with fully- customized menus.

Great time on the Sunset Culinaire dinner trip. Key West has some fantastic restaurants, but going on a dinner cruise is an experience you should check out at least once. Good food in a completely unique setting.

I cannot imagine a more romantic sunset experience in Key West. This dinner cruise completely surpassed our expectations which is why i'm coming here to leave a comment about it. The food was top notch, the boat was spacious and not packed, and the sunset was simply stunning. I'm very glad we chose to go with the Sunset Culinaire cruise.
